Ci\u00f2 significa che ogni allenamento \u00e8 adattato al tuo livello. Questa \u00e8 l&#8217;idea alla base del nostro concetto :).  &nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: unset; font-weight: unset; letter-spacing: unset; text-transform: unset;\">Se hai: <\/span><span style=\"font-size: unset; font-weight: unset; letter-spacing: unset; text-transform: unset;\">20 anni di esperienza sportiva o<\/span><span style=\"font-size: unset; font-weight: unset; letter-spacing: unset; text-transform: unset;\">o non ti sei mai mosso negli ultimi 10 anni. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: unset; font-weight: unset; letter-spacing: unset; text-transform: unset;\">L&#8217;allenamento \u00e8 adattato a te. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: unset; font-weight: unset; letter-spacing: unset; text-transform: unset;\">Non il contrario.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c76f2aa elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c76f2aa\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"2388\" data-end=\"2411\">Pu\u00f2 sembrare cos\u00ec. Con il CrossFit si diventa davvero molto in forma e molte delle persone che si allenano con noi lo fanno da tempo.<\/span>  <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2581\" data-end=\"2617\">A CrossFit Ede si allenano persone che si allenano<span style=\"font-size: unset; font-weight: unset; letter-spacing: unset; text-transform: unset;\"> con noi<\/span> da<span style=\"font-size: unset; font-weight: unset; letter-spacing: unset; text-transform: unset;\"> pi\u00f9 di 10 anni, ma \u00e8 probabile che anche loro abbiano<\/span><span style=\"font-size: unset; font-weight: unset; letter-spacing: unset; text-transform: unset;\">iniziato senza un background sportivo e<\/span><span style=\"font-size: unset; font-weight: unset; letter-spacing: unset; text-transform: unset;\">ora vincano gare<\/span><span style=\"font-size: unset; font-weight: unset; letter-spacing: unset; text-transform: unset;\">o si allenino solo due volte a settimana per sentirsi pi\u00f9 in forma. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: unset; font-weight: unset; letter-spacing: unset; text-transform: unset;\">Il gruppo \u00e8 eterogeneo. Dai principianti agli atleti agonisti.
