Lo hace el entrenamiento. Pero la creatina potencia la respuesta al entrenamiento.  <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2118\" data-end=\"2290\">Las investigaciones sobre la creatina combinada con el entrenamiento de fuerza muestran que los participantes desarrollan m\u00e1s masa magra y mayores ganancias de fuerza que cuando entrenan sin creatina.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2292\" data-end=\"2538\">Detalle importante: los primeros kilos de aumento de peso en la semana 1 son en gran parte l\u00edquido intracelular en el m\u00fasculo. No se trata ni de \u00abgrasa\u00bb ni de l\u00edquido subcut\u00e1neo. Una alternativa m\u00e1s precisa es 0,1 gramos por kilogramo de peso corporal al d\u00eda. Para un atleta de 80 kg, eso equivale a unos 8 gramos al d\u00eda.  <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3234\" data-end=\"3370\">Las dosis de mantenimiento m\u00e1s elevadas no aportan ning\u00fan beneficio adicional en las ganancias de fuerza, pero s\u00ed aumentan el riesgo de molestias gastrointestinales.
