Se trata de fisiolog\u00eda. Cuando la gente dice que se siente \u00abm\u00e1s brillante\u00bb despu\u00e9s de un entrenamiento, no es una coincidencia. El estr\u00e9s cr\u00f3nico s\u00ed lo es. <\/p><p data-start=\"1902\" data-end=\"2121\">Las investigaciones demuestran que la actividad f\u00edsica ayuda a regular el sistema de respuesta al estr\u00e9s (eje HPA). El ejercicio regular puede reducir la reactividad al estr\u00e9s y mejorar la capacidad de recuperaci\u00f3n. <\/p><p data-start=\"2123\" data-end=\"2149\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 significa eso concretamente?<\/p><ul><li data-start=\"2153\" data-end=\"2187\">Es menos probable que te sientas abrumado<\/li><li data-start=\"2190\" data-end=\"2220\">Te recuperas m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido de la presi\u00f3n<\/li><li data-start=\"2223\" data-end=\"2259\">Experimentas m\u00e1s resiliencia mental<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"2261\" data-end=\"2331\">Pero aqu\u00ed hay un matiz importante: <strong data-start=\"2299\" data-end=\"2330\">la dosis marca la diferencia<\/strong>. Demasiada intensidad sin recuperaci\u00f3n puede provocar un aumento de los niveles de estr\u00e9s. Esto significa que entrenar en grupo, bajo supervisi\u00f3n, hace algo m\u00e1s que quemar calor\u00edas. Proporciona:  <\/p><ul><li data-start=\"3014\" data-end=\"3025\">Estructura<\/li><li data-start=\"3028\" data-end=\"3045\">Objetivo<\/li><li data-start=\"3048\" data-end=\"3064\">Responsabilidad<\/li><li data-start=\"3067\" data-end=\"3087\">Esp\u00edritu comunitario<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"3089\" data-end=\"3157\">Y eso es precisamente lo que muchas personas pasan por alto durante los periodos de presi\u00f3n mental.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7d61f1f elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"7d61f1f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Pero... el deporte no siempre es autom\u00e1ticamente bueno<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0a031d5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0a031d5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"3212\" data-end=\"3242\">Aqu\u00ed quiero ser sincero al respecto. Entrenar m\u00e1s no siempre es mejor. Entrenar m\u00e1s no siempre es m\u00e1s inteligente.  <\/p><p data-start=\"3323\" data-end=\"3362\">Sin una orientaci\u00f3n adecuada, se puede hacer deporte:<\/p><ul><li data-start=\"3365\" data-end=\"3393\">Reforzar la ansiedad de rendimiento<\/li><li data-start=\"3396\" data-end=\"3423\">Sobrecarga<\/li><li data-start=\"3426\" data-end=\"3452\">Aumento de los problemas de sue\u00f1o<\/li><li data-start=\"3455\" data-end=\"3478\">Aumenta precisamente el estr\u00e9s<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"3480\" data-end=\"3533\">Por eso el coaching no es un lujo. Es un requisito previo. Un buen entrenador:  <\/p><ul><li data-start=\"3554\" data-end=\"3599\">Ajusta la intensidad a tu capacidad de carga<\/li><li data-start=\"3602\" data-end=\"3646\">Tiene en cuenta el estr\u00e9s laboral y la presi\u00f3n privada<\/li><li data-start=\"3649\" data-end=\"3695\">Progresi\u00f3n de la programaci\u00f3n sin sobrecarga<\/li><li data-start=\"3698\" data-end=\"3734\">Crea seguridad dentro del grupo<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"3736\" data-end=\"3803\">\u00c9sa es la diferencia entre \u00abs\u00f3lo hacer ejercicio\u00bb y el entrenamiento intencionado.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4680736 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"4680736\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Por qu\u00e9 el coaching marca la diferencia<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b7f50a2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b7f50a2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"3849\" data-end=\"3982\">En la bibliograf\u00eda sobre la salud mental en el deporte, cada vez se mencionan m\u00e1s la orientaci\u00f3n y el contexto como factores determinantes.
