M\u00faltiples estudios cient\u00edficos demuestran que el CrossFit produce una media de <strong data-start=\"1295\" data-end=\"1338\">entre 2 y 4 lesiones por cada 1.000 horas de entrenamiento<\/strong>. Eso est\u00e1 en el mismo rango que  <\/p><ul><li data-start=\"1380\" data-end=\"1391\">Correr<\/li><li data-start=\"1380\" data-end=\"1391\">Powerlifting<\/li><li data-start=\"1380\" data-end=\"1391\">Halterofilia ol\u00edmpica<\/li><li data-start=\"1380\" data-end=\"1391\">Deportes de equipo<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1454\" data-end=\"1511\">As\u00ed pues, el CrossFit no es m\u00e1s peligroso que otras formas de deporte. Lo que s\u00ed se desprende claramente de la investigaci\u00f3n: <\/p><ul><li>El mayor factor de riesgo de una lesi\u00f3n es una <strong data-start=\"1615\" data-end=\"1657\">lesi\u00f3n previa en el mismo tejido<\/strong><\/li><li data-start=\"1380\" data-end=\"1391\">Una formaci\u00f3n incoherente aumenta el riesgo<\/li><li>Los grandes picos de entrenamiento aumentan el riesgo<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1752\" data-end=\"1843\">Dicho de otro modo: El problema rara vez es el deporte. El problema es c\u00f3mo se entrena una persona. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b8e8601 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"b8e8601\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Por qu\u00e9 dejar de entrenar suele ser la peor idea<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a017992 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a017992\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"1908\" data-end=\"1978\">Muchas personas con dolor de espalda u hombros dejan de moverse por completo. Suena l\u00f3gico. Pero fisiol\u00f3gicamente, a menudo no es inteligente. Los m\u00fasculos, los tendones y el tejido conjuntivo se adaptan a la carga. Pero el dolor lumbar no significa autom\u00e1ticamente lesi\u00f3n. En muchos casos (aunque no exclusivamente) se trata de:  <\/p><ul><li data-start=\"2745\" data-end=\"2760\">Sobrecarga<\/li><li data-start=\"2763\" data-end=\"2774\">Irritaci\u00f3n<\/li><li data-start=\"2777\" data-end=\"2815\">Capacidad de carga temporalmente reducida<\/li><li data-start=\"2818\" data-end=\"2841\">Sensibilidad al movimiento<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"2843\" data-end=\"2877\">Lo que es importante entender: la carga sobre la zona lumbar aumenta a medida que el torso se inclina hacia delante y aumenta la carga externa. Eso no significa que no debas volver a levantar peso muerto. Significa que tienes que dosificarte inteligentemente.  <\/p><h5 data-start=\"3080\" data-end=\"3129\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Ejemplos de ajustes para el dolor de espalda:<\/span><\/h5><ul><li data-start=\"3133\" data-end=\"3196\">Sumo deadlift en lugar de convencional (torso m\u00e1s vertical)<\/li><li data-start=\"3199\" data-end=\"3215\">Peso muerto con barra hexagonal<\/li><li data-start=\"3218\" data-end=\"3237\">Peso muerto con kettlebell<\/li><li data-start=\"3240\" data-end=\"3277\">Sentadilla Goblet en lugar de sentadilla de espalda<\/li><li data-start=\"3280\" data-end=\"3319\">Sentadilla frontal en lugar de sentadilla de espalda con barra baja<\/li><li data-start=\"3322\" data-end=\"3351\">Menos peso, m\u00e1s control<\/li><li data-start=\"3354\" data-end=\"3429\">Flexiones estrictas en lugar de kipping por intolerancia a la extensi\u00f3n<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"3431\" data-end=\"3503\">Mantenemos el objetivo de entrenamiento. Pero el aumento del dolor, la hinchaz\u00f3n o la p\u00e9rdida de fuerza deben tomarse en serio. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dbc7deb elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"dbc7deb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">\u00bfCu\u00e1ndo no debes seguir entrenando?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-69a0a92 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"69a0a92\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"5113\" data-end=\"5207\">Hay situaciones en las que no debes seguir adapt\u00e1ndote y escalar a un especialista:<\/p><ul><li data-start=\"5211\" data-end=\"5228\">Fracturas por estr\u00e9s<\/li><li data-start=\"5231\" data-end=\"5285\">Molestias neurol\u00f3gicas (aura, p\u00e9rdida de fuerza)<\/li><li data-start=\"5288\" data-end=\"5329\">Aumento del dolor a pesar de la gesti\u00f3n de la carga<\/li><li data-start=\"5332\" data-end=\"5359\">Hinchaz\u00f3n o inestabilidad<\/li><li data-start=\"5362\" data-end=\"5378\">Traumatismo agudo<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"5380\" data-end=\"5444\">En esos casos, es necesaria la colaboraci\u00f3n con un especialista. Por eso creemos que es importante tener l\u00edneas cortas de comunicaci\u00f3n con un fisioterapeuta que tenga experiencia con atletas y con el entrenamiento de fuerza. No todos los fisioterapeutas entienden movimientos complejos como los snatches, las dominadas o los deadlifts pesados.
