No, no hacemos eso ;).  <br><span style=\"font-size: unset; font-weight: unset; letter-spacing: unset; text-transform: unset;\"><br>La mayor falacia sobre el CrossFit es que es s\u00f3lo para gente super en forma.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: unset; font-weight: unset; letter-spacing: unset; text-transform: unset;\">Que s\u00f3lo puedes afiliarte si&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: unset; font-weight: unset; letter-spacing: unset; text-transform: unset;\">10 dominadas pueden,&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: unset; font-weight: unset; letter-spacing: unset; text-transform: unset;\">100 kilos pueden ponerse en cuclillas o<\/span><span style=\"font-size: unset; font-weight: unset; letter-spacing: unset; text-transform: unset;\">o parecer que llevas 5 a\u00f1os entrenando. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: unset; font-weight: unset; letter-spacing: unset; text-transform: unset;\">Pero CrossFit no es una competici\u00f3n para la que tengas que clasificarte primero.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: unset; font-weight: unset; letter-spacing: unset; text-transform: unset;\">CrossFit es un m\u00e9todo de entrenamiento que te hace <\/span><strong data-start=\"1599\" data-end=\"1612\" style=\"font-size: unset; letter-spacing: unset; text-transform: unset;\">en forma. <\/strong> <span style=\"font-size: unset; font-weight: unset; letter-spacing: unset; text-transform: unset;\">No al rev\u00e9s.<br><br>&#8216;No estoy lo suficientemente en forma&#8217; <\/span><span style=\"font-size: unset; font-weight: unset; letter-spacing: unset; text-transform: unset;\">es la raz\u00f3n n\u00famero uno por la que la gente no empieza. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: unset; font-weight: unset; letter-spacing: unset; text-transform: unset;\">Pero seamos sinceros.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: unset; font-weight: unset; letter-spacing: unset; text-transform: unset;\">\u00bfCu\u00e1ndo est\u00e1s \u00absuficientemente en forma\u00bb?<br><\/span><span style=\"font-size: unset; font-weight: unset; letter-spacing: unset; text-transform: unset;\">\u00bfSi puedes correr 5 kil\u00f3metros?&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: unset; font-weight: unset; letter-spacing: unset; text-transform: unset;\">\u00bfSi tienes un paquete de seis?&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: unset; font-weight: unset; letter-spacing: unset; text-transform: unset;\">\u00bfCuando ya no te quedas sin aliento al subir escaleras?<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1901\" data-end=\"1981\">Todo el mundo empieza en alg\u00fan sitio. Incluso la gente que ahora ves entrenando en CrossFit Ede. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1983\" data-end=\"2000\">Lo que no ves:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2002\" data-end=\"2119\">\n<li data-start=\"2002\" data-end=\"2045\">\n<p data-start=\"2004\" data-end=\"2045\">Que ellos tambi\u00e9n empezaron una vez sin aptitud<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2046\" data-end=\"2069\">\n<p data-start=\"2048\" data-end=\"2069\">Que tambi\u00e9n dudaban<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2070\" data-end=\"2119\">\n<p data-start=\"2072\" data-end=\"2119\">Que tambi\u00e9n pensaran: \u00ab\u00bfEsto es para m\u00ed?\u00bb.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2121\" data-end=\"2208\">CrossFit es escalable. Eso significa que cada entrenamiento se adapta a tu nivel. Esa es toda la idea de nuestro concepto :).  &nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: unset; font-weight: unset; letter-spacing: unset; text-transform: unset;\">Tanto si tienes <\/span><span style=\"font-size: unset; font-weight: unset; letter-spacing: unset; text-transform: unset;\">20 a\u00f1os de experiencia deportiva o<\/span><span style=\"font-size: unset; font-weight: unset; letter-spacing: unset; text-transform: unset;\">o apenas te has movido en los \u00faltimos 10 a\u00f1os. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: unset; font-weight: unset; letter-spacing: unset; text-transform: unset;\">El entrenamiento se adapta a ti. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: unset; font-weight: unset; letter-spacing: unset; text-transform: unset;\">No al rev\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c76f2aa elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c76f2aa\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"2388\" data-end=\"2411\">Puede parecerlo. Y, francamente, en muchos casos lo es. Pero, esto es un poco m\u00e1s matizable. <span style=\"font-size: unset; font-weight: unset; letter-spacing: unset; text-transform: unset;\">Ciertamente, cuando ves un v\u00eddeo o entras en un entrenamiento fan\u00e1tico, puede parecer bastante \u00bbimpresionante\u00bb. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: unset; font-weight: unset; letter-spacing: unset; text-transform: unset;\">Pero lo que ves no es el punto de partida de esas personas. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: unset; font-weight: unset; letter-spacing: unset; text-transform: unset;\">Lo que ves es su desarrollo. Desde principiantes hasta atletas de competici\u00f3n.
