This is physiology. When people say they feel &#8220;brighter&#8221; after a workout, it&#8217;s not a coincidence. Chronic stress is. <\/p><p data-start=\"1902\" data-end=\"2121\">Research shows that physical activity helps regulate the stress-response system (HPA axis). Regular exercise can reduce reactivity to stress and improve recovery ability. <\/p><p data-start=\"2123\" data-end=\"2149\">Specifically, what does that mean?<\/p><ul><li data-start=\"2153\" data-end=\"2187\">You are less likely to be overwhelmed<\/li><li data-start=\"2190\" data-end=\"2220\">You recover faster from pressure<\/li><li data-start=\"2223\" data-end=\"2259\">You experience more mental resilience<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"2261\" data-end=\"2331\">But here&#8217;s an important nuance: <strong data-start=\"2299\" data-end=\"2330\">the dose makes the difference<\/strong>. Too much intensity without recovery can actually lead to increased stress load. This means that training in a group, under supervision, does more than just burn calories. Training more is not always better. Training harder is not always smarter.  <\/p><p data-start=\"3323\" data-end=\"3362\">Without proper guidance, sports can also:<\/p><ul><li data-start=\"3365\" data-end=\"3393\">Strengthening performance anxiety<\/li><li data-start=\"3396\" data-end=\"3423\">Causing overload<\/li><li data-start=\"3426\" data-end=\"3452\">Increase sleep problems<\/li><li data-start=\"3455\" data-end=\"3478\">Increase stress correctly<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"3480\" data-end=\"3533\">That&#8217;s why coaching is not a luxury. It is a prerequisite.
