The stronger your aerobic system, the faster your heart rate drops after such a station. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7d61f1f elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"7d61f1f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Step 3: Master the first two minutes<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0a031d5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0a031d5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"2984\" data-end=\"3028\">This is where many beginners make their biggest mistake. At the start, you feel fresh. Adrenaline is high. Everyone leaves quickly. But your aerobic system needs about 60 to 90 seconds to become fully active. If you start too hard at that stage, you produce a lot of lactate and run into a wall later.     <\/p><p data-start=\"3296\" data-end=\"3339\"><strong>That&#8217;s why we teach our Hyrox athletes in Ede:<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"3341\" data-end=\"3424\">The first kilometer should feel controlled. Not forced fast, but controlled. Resting briefly can sometimes be more efficient than trying to force everything at once. <\/p><p data-start=\"3786\" data-end=\"3978\">With burpee broad jumps, it appears that maximum jump distance greatly increases your heart rate. Shorter, rhythmic jumps often provide a more stable heart rate and a better transition to running. <\/p><p data-start=\"3980\" data-end=\"4068\">The goal is not to win one station.
