Jan Willem is close to finishing his physiotherapy degree, which means he brings both practical coaching experience and up-to-date knowledge into every class. He has a strong eye for movement quality and is always willing to help you fine-tune the details. He’s also known for something else: he’s almost always in a good mood. Early class, late class… same energy. Together with Luuk, he’s responsible for our HYROX sessions, making sure they’re structured, challenging, and actually help you progress. CrossFit may seem like “just exercising”, but don’t be fooled. You won’t find a row of machines here that you mindlessly work through. In our box, you mainly train with your own body weight and functional tools such as barbells and kettlebells. That means: moving as the body is meant to, at an intensity that demands something of you.

Each workout puts multiple muscle groups to work simultaneously. Lifting, pushing, jumping, sprinting — sometimes everything in one training session. The result? More strength, better motor skills, and progress that you don’t have to guess, but just feel. Exactly what you are waiting for.

And just as importantly: you are not alone here. We deliberately work with small groups of a maximum of 14 participants, so that our coaches can really coach you. No anonymous instructions from the sidelines, but targeted feedback from experienced coaches who know what they are doing. All our coaches are at least CrossFit Level 2 or Level 3 certified — quality is not a marketing term here, but a standard.

Our coaches know you by name, know how you move, and take any limitations into account. This is how we make progress that is fast, but above all safe. Because training harder is good. Training smarter is better.
