Introduction workout

Want to discover what CrossFit can do for your health and fitness? On saturday march 21st at 12:30 you are welcome at our free introductory workout at CrossFit Ede – Vallei.

In a compact and accessible training we let you experience directly how varied and effective CrossFit is. Our coaches guide you step by step, explain the basic principles and make sure you can participate safely and at your level.

You will learn in a short time how CrossFit works and why it helps so many people become stronger, fitter and more energetic.If you are curious about a form of training that really gets results, this is the ideal opportunity.

During training sessions we are mostly coaching (and not calling), so we are sometimes hard to reach by phone. An app via WhatsApp works the fastest. We respond as quickly as our workouts allow.
